The technical department of Panotec is divided into several subdivisions such as Mechanical Design, Electrical Design and Software.
The division of mechanical design uses 2D Software to create the initial layouts and 3D Software (SolidWorks) to give shape to all the components.
Moreover, all the components are managed by a PDM System (Product Data Management) in order to keep track of every single element.
The R&D department is constantly developing new solutions and giving life to new prototypes to meet the market requirements.
The division for electrical design uses highly innovative 2D/3D software (EPLAN)
The software design division develops the PLC programs necessary for the handling of the machines and the axis control. All the programs are developed according to the latest IEC standards. The control and supervision software packages are developed on a PC platform and they are highly efficient in terms of data processing with regard to the optimization of production and 3D animations.
The operator interface units currently support 15 different languages.
The possibility of receiving data from any management system is also guaranteed.
